Steam encountered a global server crash today, not only on Weibo, but also on the external Reddit forum. A large number of players posted that they could not connect to the server.

KRAFTON, the developer of PUBG, also issued a post to prove the existence of the problem, saying: "Due to fluctuations in the Steam server, players will experience failed authentication and unable to access the game lobby when logging in to the game."

The domestic Steam agent Perfect World also announced on its own platform that Steam is currently under DDoS attack, and players may encounter disconnection problems.
